Do you offer design assistance?

Yes, we offer professional design services for a fee of $150 USD. Please contact us at info@premiumcustomhats.com

Can I use my own logo?

Yes, you can upload your logo and customize its placement once you select your hat style. Please note that we cannot produce items featuring unauthorized or trademarked logos.

Will the colors match my design?

Yes, all colors are matched to Pantone standards and will be confirmed after your order is placed.

How much does it cost to create a hat?

Pricing is based on order quantity. Larger orders benefit from scaled pricing.

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?

As of right now we have minimums as low as 20 hats. We're working to lower that number in the future.

There is no strict maximum—orders can be placed based on your needs and budget.

I have a complicated logo/design, will it still work on my hat?

We can accommodate most logos/designs.

We will notify you of what options there are in terms of solutions for your design.

Are there additional fees for multiple embroidery elements?

No, our pricing is all-inclusive. There are no additional charges based on the number of embroidery elements or customization details included in your design.

How long will my order take?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours outlining all details. Once you approve the design proof, production typically takes approximately 3–4 weeks, followed by 4–5 days of express shipping.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

All orders require customer approval before production begins. If the final product does not match the approved design proof, we will issue a full refund.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes can be made until you approve your design proof. Once approved, the order is finalized and cannot be modified.

When will I be billed?

Payment is required at the time of order submission. Production will begin once your design proof has been approved.

Can my order be expedited?

Yes, expedited production is available upon request. A rush fee will apply and is determined at the time of production.

How long does shipping take?

We offer express worldwide shipping via DHL, which typically takes 4–5 business days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
