How do I create a patch for my hat?

We offer an integrated design tool powered by AI. Simply upload your logo using the provided link and specify the patch style or shape you’d like (for example, “turn this into a circular patch”). Once generated, download the design and upload it directly to your hat customization.

Are there additional fees for multiple embroidery elements?

No, our pricing is all-inclusive. There are no additional charges based on the number of embroidery elements or customization details included in your design.

How long will my order take?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours outlining all details. Once you approve the design proof, production typically takes approximately 3–4 weeks, followed by 4–5 days of express shipping.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

All orders require customer approval before production begins. If the final product does not match the approved design proof, we will issue a full refund.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Changes can be made until you approve your design proof. Once approved, the order is finalized and cannot be modified.
