OVERVIEW
All sales are final. Because Premium Custom Hats are custom-manufactured to your specific requirements and personalizations, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason once production has commenced.
DESIGN REVIEW & APPROVAL PROCESS
To ensure the highest quality results, we implement a mandatory 24-hour Design Review Hold on all new orders.
- Review Period: Within 24 hours of your order, our production team will evaluate your uploaded logos and designs to ensure they meet manufacturing standards.
- Secondary Approval Request: Once reviewed, we will send a Secondary Approval Request to your provided email address. This is your final opportunity to confirm the digital proof.
- The 48-Hour Rule: You have 48 hours from the time the approval request is sent to respond. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, manufacturing will automatically proceed based on the original designs and files submitted at checkout.
- Prohibited Content & Right of Refusal: Premium Custom Hats reserves the sole and absolute discretion to refuse and cancel any order containing designs, logos, or text deemed inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or that incites violence.
- Technical Constraints & Cancellation Fees: If a design is rejected due to the prohibited content mentioned above, or due to technical limitations (e.g., poor resolution), we will contact you. If the order is cancelled for any reason during this review phase, a non-refundable $200 USD Administration & Design Consultation Fee will be deducted from your refund.
FINAL SALE & CUSTOM NATURE
Every product is bespoke and made-to-order.
- We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.
- We do not accept returns based on incorrect sizing, color selections, or design choices made by the customer.
- Once the 48-hour approval window has passed (or once you have provided explicit approval), the order is "In Production" and cannot be modified or canceled.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & INSPECTION PROTOCOL
If you believe there is a genuine manufacturing error, you must contact info@premiumcustomhats.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Shipping for Inspection: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility for physical inspection. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer upfront.
- Sole Discretion: Premium Custom Hats reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect. Our quality control team will evaluate the return against your approved digital proof and industry-standard manufacturing tolerances.
- Resolution: * If a defect is confirmed by our team: We will manufacture a replacement at no cost to you and reimburse you for the standard shipping costs incurred to send the item back (receipt required).
If no defect is found: The item will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no shipping reimbursement or refund will be issued.
INTERNATIONAL & EUROPEAN UNION (EU) ORDERS
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the statutory 14-day "cooling-off period" does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are waiving any right of withdrawal in all jurisdictions.
